WITH DRAWING WITHIN REACH initiates the exhibition space at galleri höjden into a month-long process of transformation. Covered in cardboard, tape, and paper, visitors are encouraged to scratch, tear, and draw, making their mark in a shared, evolving artwork. Coming from Samuel Draper’s background in contemporary choreography and fine art, this exhibition explores the body’s relationship to mark-making and the creative potential of destruction. Through the actions of damage and repair, Draper challenges the traditional boundaries of the finished artwork, proposing a dynamic process where the visitors actively participate in the creation and transformation of the space.
